- Career highlights: 2004 and 2008 Olympic trial qualifier
- 2010 ranked top 40 in the world and ranked No. 17 in the USA
- Personal Best: 110H: 13.52; 200M: 21.00
I competed faithfully throughout my collegiate career and ran the best of 14.12 (110H) and 21.8 (200m). It was not until I became a student of the event and developed my skills that I already possessed to my advantage. I began to watch film and pay attention to detail. Thereafter, I began to run faster times (13.52 in the 110H). I continue to progress each year and pray to make the 2012 Olympic team.
If I would have quit after college, I would have never reached my full potential. I never dreamed that I would be able to go overseas and run professionally for a living. I thank God for all of my accomplishments. My personal experiences have taught me that the human being can overcome any obstacle. Never limit yourself nor let anyone limit you. You may have not been the fastest or strongest then, but with hard work and dedication you can be whatever you want now!!!
